This week, I received my first ever royalties in the mail.  The corresponded to 4th quarter sales of Tenth Orbit and Other Faraway Places, and it was a milestone for obvious reasons - I think this is one of those moments, like receiving the first rejection, or making that first sale, or seeing cover art, that is a unique moment in the writing ( Read more... )
